OUR TECHNOLOGY
How it Works
Guidance publications are deconstructed and inserted into a database with a powerful, unique search interface. This allows users to collate the deconstructed content across one or more publications into custom-tailored collections.
The content from these collections can be augmented with custom metadata—such as tags, best practices, and audit questions—and then shared with other Guidebase users throughout the platform.

The search interface can also be utilized across collections. This strengthens the user’s ability to find relevant results by searching on metadata criteria—alone or in addition to publication criteria. It also allows organizations to narrow the scope of guidance discovery and management to approved, pre-configured datasets.

A digital store is also integrated into the platform. This enables consulting firms, industry experts and Trade Associations to share their sector-specific configurations and monetize their knowledge by creating collections as downloadable content.
Guidebase automates the update process and notifies Users via push notifications of change details when content within their collections is updated.

The collections will then be shared with clients either directly in the client’s instance of Guidebase, or by allowing access within the consultant’s instance.

Guidebase will collaborate with Trade Associations in a variety of industries to create member-specific collections. This curated content can be included in membership, adding value to the member while centralizing guidance execution data collection - creating a powerful digital asset for the Association.
Guidebase Store
These industry specific curated collections can be uploaded as content in Guidebase and made available for purchase in the Guidebase store.
